Possible Health Benefits of a Vegetarian Diet

Possible Health Benefits of a Vegetarian Diet

Following on from my last piece on the same subject, here is Part 2.
I will discuss why a non-vegetarian diet may be detrimental to your health and why a vegetarian diet may be a better option. Okay, give it a shot for a while—at least a month to see if it suits you, my buddy.

There are also more potentially dangerous foods that are absent from a vegetarian diet.

Products to Avoid on a Vegetarian Diet and Why (Continuation)

Milk: Humans can't digest the high fat content of cow's milk. It's quite mucus-producing and acidic. The idea that, once weaned from his own mother, man has to drink the milk of another creature is ridiculous and propaganda propagated by its endorsers primarily for their own gain.

This is because it is a predigested food, and this type of food has been linked to a variety of digestive issues, including cramping and convulsions in the colon and stomach. The calcium in it is quite challenging to absorb. This releases it into the circulatory system, where it can then be deposited in organs, cells, and tissues, potentially causing excruciating pain and discomfort. Antibiotics, germs, pesticides, cholesterol, and potent growth hormones are just some of the many harmful substances found in milk.

Drinking milk is not a foolproof method of avoiding osteoporosis, despite popular belief. In 1995, researchers at Harvard University found that women who drank milk to get their calcium actually had more fractures than those who drank less or none.

Milk from animals should only be consumed by their young. Give it some thought. That being said, for the sake of one's health, it is recommended that milk and all dairy products be cut out of the diet.

I have read that some moms find that feeding their newborns raw goat's milk is sufficient, but I think that the milk produced by your mammary glands is best. If you absolutely must have milk, make it very watered down and sweetened with maple syrup.

Sour milk has been shown to have fewer negative effects and may even have laxative properties, according to certain studies. However, I believe that basic avocados or occasional coconut milk, as created by the Brazilians, would be far superior options for the richness they might offer.

Furthermore, soy milk is not much better than milk because legumes are essentially imbalanced protein-rich meals.

Remove honey from your diet since it is an overhyped, expensive product offered to health nuts. Only the strong bees will survive.
Because it has already been partially digested, it causes a dramatic spike in blood sugar shortly after entering the body. Without insulin, this condition can quickly become fatal.
Genuine maple syrup is a healthier and more well-balanced alternative to honey.

Eggs are even more unhealthy than red meat. The white of the egg is harmful, acid-producing, and contains too much protein, according to studies.

Lots of folks will proudly proclaim, "I don't do red meat; just fish and chicken!" However, they could not be more wrong, as fish is even more harmful than meat for all the reasons already stated. It rots considerably more rapidly than flesh would. Slice some fish and some meat and put them next to each other; the fish will deteriorate considerably more rapidly. Try to imagine what it's like inside your body. In addition, fish is an especially poor option due to the heavy metal contamination it contains due to the pollution of its ecosystem; if you can help it, try to steer clear of eating fish altogether.

Although non-vegetarians can be physically active, they typically lack the stamina and strength of vegetarians. Look at Bill Pearl, the only man to ever win the Mr. Universe title five times. Wild apes are our distant relatives, and like us, they practice vegetarianism. If, after reading this, you are still on the fence about how safe and healthy being a vegetarian can be for your health, or if you need to be convinced of its benefits, then have no fear; becoming a vegetarian (a well-balanced one, at that) is unquestionably the biggest step you'll be taking towards improving your health.
